TABLETOP DISPLAYS

ASIS&T tabletop display space is sold on a first-come-first-served basis. There is limited space available to preserve the informality of the conference and to maximize vendors productive, substantive exposure. All displays will be located in a public, high-traffic area where attendees gather. Maximize your exposure to this targeted audience while minimizing your expense and time!

Fees: $1,050.00 (before September 1) $1,350.00 (after September 1)

Display Hours: Set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 11

Sunday, November 11, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Monday, November 12, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, November 13, 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

What’s Included with your tabletop exhibit:

  • One (1) 6’ draped table
  • One (1) Chair
  • One (1) Wastebasket
  • One (1) table sign
  • Company logo and 25-word description on the conference website and the mobile app. (Company will also be listed in the pocket program guide.)
  • One (1) Full Meeting Registration. All exhibitor representatives must be registered for the meeting.
