ASIS&T 2021 Annual Meeting Health and Safety Protocols

The safety of Annual Meeting attendees, speakers, and staff is of utmost importance to ASIS&T. While there are no local or state-wide mandates effect in Salt Lake City, to make the Annual Meeting as safe as possible for attendees and staff, ASIS&T has adopted the following guidelines for all in-person meeting attendees.
  • We recommend that all attendees be fully vaccinated.
  • We require that all attendees wear masks while attending the meeting. We will have masks available should anyone need one and the hotel has hand sanitizer in all meeting rooms and gathering spaces.
  • As there should be adequate space in meeting rooms, we require all attendees socially distance during sessions.
  • We recommend that presenters remove masks only while talking at the podium (if they are comfortable) so everyone can hear and for the quality of the recording. Presenters will be more than 6’ from attendees.
  • The hotel requires all staff to wear masks at all times.
