ASIS&T Contract for Table Top Display Space

ASIS&T Table-Top display space is sold on a first-come first-served basis. There is limited space available to preserve the informality of the conference and to maximize vendors productive, substantive exposure. All displays will be located in a public, high-traffic area where attendees gather. Maximize your exposure to this targeted audience while minimizing your expense and time!


$800.00 (before September 7)
$900.00 (after September 7)
Materials Return Fee: $25 per table, plus shipping charges
Install/Dismantle Fee *unstaffed tables only): $50 per table

Sunday, Nov. 8, 10:00am – 5:00pm
Monday, Nov. 9, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Tuesday, Nov. 10, 8:30am-12:00noon

Set-up begins at 8:00am on Sunday, Nov. 8th
