Early Registration

Early registration rates will be honored for all registrations received by Friday, September 25, 2015. Please read our cancellation and refund policies below.

Daily Rates: If you cannot join us for the entire conference, take advantage of our special daily rates. Early bird and member rates are also available on single-day registrations.

Other Rates: Retiree rates are for ASIS&T retired members only. Student rates are available for both members and non-members.

Full conference non-member registrants will receive a 1 year complimentary ASIS&T membership.
Conference Days

Full conference registrations include access to all sessions beginning with the keynote session at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 8, and running through Tuesday evening, November 10; all social events listed in the program, unless otherwise noted, including the Awards Luncheon (additional tickets may be purchased); and one copy of the Proceedings of the Annual Meeting. Non-members registering for the full conference will receive a one-year complimentary ASIS&T regular or student membership (including electronic delivery of JASIST and access to the ASIS&T Digital Library).

Pre-Conference Seminars and Workshops

In addition to the technical sessions and social events scheduled November 8-10, 2015, ASIS&T offers full- and half-day professional education courses on Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7. Fees for these seminars and workshops are in addition to regular conference registration fees. If you are registering for a seminar or workshop only, you do not have to pay an additional daily registration fee. You will receive a ticket for each seminar or workshop for which you register. Please make sure you receive the correct tickets when you check in at the meeting.

ASIS&T Sister Societies

Members in good standing of ASIS&T and sister societies qualify to register at member rates. Our sister societies are Special Libraries Association (SLA), Medical Libraries Association (MLA), American Association of Law Libraries (AALL), International Society for Scientometrics and Informetrics (ISSI), Canadian Association of Information Science (CAIS) and Consortium of iSchools of Asia-Pacific (CISAP).

Registration Confirmation and Payments

Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive a detailed e-mail message confirming that you have registered and paid for the conference and/or any courses or workshops. This confirmation will also serve as your receipt of payment. All payments must be received by ASIS&T before the conference begins. We will accept payments onsite, but prefer to receive them in advance to avoid confusion. Early rates end September 25, 2015.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (email or fax) by Friday, October 2, 2015, and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which payment was made and may take up to four weeks after the conference ends.

On-site Registration and Conference Materials

On-site registration is available at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch during the on-site registration hours noted here. All speakers and pre-registrants must check in at the registration area to pick up all conference materials.

Conference Hotel

The 2015 Annual Meeting will be held at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch, St. Louis, Missouri. All conference sessions and events will be held at the conference hotel, unless otherwise noted. Special discount rates – $179/night, single or double occupancy – are available at the hotel until October 16, 2015, or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.
