ASIS&T Contract for Table Top Display Space

ASIS&T Table-Top display space is sold on a first-come first-served basis. There is limited space available to preserve the informality of the conference and to maximize vendors productive, substantive exposure. All displays will be located in a public, high-traffic area where attendees gather. Maximize your exposure to this targeted audience while minimizing your expense and time!


$800.00 (before August 31, 2016)
$900.00 (after August 31, 2016)
Materials Return Fee: $25 per table, plus shipping charges
Install/Dismantle Fee *unstaffed tables only): $50 per table

Sunday, Oct. 16, 10:00 – 17:00
Monday, Oct. 17, 8:30 – 17:00
Tuesday, Oct. 18, 8:30-12:00

Set-up begins at 8:00am on Sunday, Oct. 16.
