During the three days of the conference we are doing a selfie photo contest! Post your best pic to the Attendee App or Twitter by 10 am PT on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. Pictures can be of individuals or groups. Write a clever caption and include #ASIST18 to be sure your photo is seen. Creativity counts! Two winners will be selected and announced at the Awards and Recognition Dinner.

The Sunday Opening and Tuesday Closing Keynotes tend to be the most attended events, so get there early and grab a seat.
Royal Centre Mall is connected to the hotel which features boutique shops and small fast food eateries. In addition, one of Vancouver’s most popular malls, Pacific Centre is an underground shopping haven in the heart of downtown that is home to more than 140 stores, including Holt Renfrew, Banana Republic, Guess, Hugo Boss, Apple, Kate Spade New York and Nine West. It is located a short two blocks from the hotel.

ASIS&T Annual Meeting is quickly approaching, so here are a few things to know before you go.
Check in at the hotel and visit the registration desk located on the second floor – Plaza A Foyer to pick up your conference badge and tickets starting Friday, 9 November, using your confirmation letter. If you misplaced your confirmation letter, your badge will be displayed in alphabetical order by last name.
If you did not pre-register, you can always register on-site by completing the onsite registration forms at counters.
If you need extra tickets for any of the Special Events, i.e. receptions, tours, please purchase them at the registration desk as soon as possible as space is limited.
As a suggestion, wear comfortable and shoes and be sure to bring jacket. Here is the daily Weather in Vancouver.
Vancouver is know for it unique cuisine with lots of flavor and a touch of flare. Explore the city and get a taste of the city. List restaurants here.

For the first time at ASIS&T meeting, there will not be a full printed program, it will be replaced by ASIS&T Conference Pocket Program; however, you must refer to the conference app for complete descriptions. Download the conference app on your smartphone or Android by searching “Conference Beat” in the App Store to access the entire schedule, list of exhibitors, and more or find it online here.
