Welcome Reception - $15,000
Welcome attendees to the conference sponsoring the first night Exhibit Hall Welcome Reception. Your brand will be prominently featured on signage at bars and food stations throughout the Expo Hall, creating a lively atmosphere where connections flourish. Branded cocktail napkins can be provided by the sponsor.
Keynote/Plenary - $8,500
Make a lasting impression at the opening or closing general session. Opportunity to provide a two-minute welcome remark before the session. Includes your logo on the welcome slides, ensuring maximum visibility during key sessions. Includes seat drops of your promotional material.
First-Timers & Fellows Meetup Reception - $6,500
Fellows conduct a meet and greet event for first-time conference attendees. Give our new attendees a first glimpse into what the conference has in store with a two-minute introduction from you, some orientation presentations from the Fellows, tips for getting the most out of the conference, and introductions. Facilitate networking and new connections with some light snacks & non-alcoholic beverages. The sponsor may provide branded cocktail napkins and place promotional materials on the tables.
Lunch - $6,500/Lunch
Provide an opportunity for attendees to network over the midday meal. Includes table drops of your promotional material.
Breakfast (3 available) - $4,500/Breakfast
Help everyone get their day off to a good start with a bountiful Continental Breakfast. Includes table drops of your promotional materials.
Desserts in Poster Session - $3,500
Provide sweet treats for attendees as they visit the posters. The sponsor may provide branded cocktail napkins and place promotional materials on the tables.
Morning or Afternoon Coffee Break Sponsor (6 available) - $3,500/Coffee Break
Fuel the event! Your brand will be featured on signage during breaks in the Expo Hall each day. The sponsor may provide branded cocktail napkins and place promotional materials on the tables.
Industry Breakout Sessions - $2,000/Session (6 Sessions Available)
Position your organization as a thought leader and talk about your offerings. These sessions are free to any registered attendee. ASIS&T promotes these sessions, along with other conference programming, and labels them as Industry Breakout Sessions. Attendees understand in advance that these sessions are geared toward the sale of your products and services. Each session is 30 minutes in length and includes standard AV presentation equipment.
Community Sponsorship - $1,500
Support a Chapter or SIG at the conference. Your sponsorship includes sponsor recognition on the event webpage, the SIG’s community page on iConnect (subject to SIG leadership approval and posting), and signage at one community educational event. The sponsor may do a seat drop for that event, and the sponsor supplies materials and manpower.
Technology Sponsorships
WiFi Sponsorship - $9,000
As the Wi-Fi sponsor, you get to name the Wi-Fi network. This unique opportunity ensures that your brand is not only visible but also memorable, as attendees will repeatedly see and use your brand name throughout the event. Providing Wi-Fi is a critical service for attendees, and by sponsoring it, you position your brand as a key contributor to the success of the conference.
Mobile App Sponsorship - $8,500
The conference app is the go-to resource for attendees throughout the event. By sponsoring the app, your brand will be front and center every time an attendee checks the schedule, looks up session details, or connects with other participants.
Charging Station - $6,500
Keep attendees connected with charging stations. Your brand will shine throughout the conference with branded signage and recognition.
Promotional Item Sponsorship
Lanyards - $6,000
Demonstrate your support for the meeting and provide branded lanyards to every attendee. This exclusive opportunity is always an eye catcher.
Hotel Keycard - $5,000
Unlock visibility! Your branding will be featured on every attendee’s hotel keycard, ensuring your logo is in their hands throughout the event. A practical item that gets used daily and keeps your brand front and center!
Notebooks - $1,500
Evidence shows that written notes are remembered better than digital ones. Give each attendee a notebook they can use during and after the conference. The sponsor supplies notebooks with ASIS&T approval.
Career Support
Headshot Studio - $5,500/Day
Who doesn’t need an updated headshot? Provide an excellent opportunity for attendees to stop in and grab a new one. Includes directional and tabletop signage, promotion in the mobile app and on sponsor slides, and promotional materials at the studio.
A Little Bit of Fun
Hydration Station - $6,500
Keep attendees refreshed!! Your branding will be prominently displayed at hydration stations, ensuring your brand is top of mind. Reusable water bottles are always popular and get used! Water bottles are supplied by the sponsor with ASIS&T approval.
Photo Booth - $5,500/Day
Create a space for attendees to have fun with photos! With a backdrop and props, who knows what kind of social media viral sensations will be created! The photo booth is not staffed. Includes signage on the props table, promotion in the mobile app, and on sponsor slides.
A Whole Lot of Fun
Dance Party - $15,000
A loved tradition that started in 2004, this event just keeps getting better! Attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff sing karaoke and dance the night away! Sponsorship covers the DJ and karaoke, one branded drink ticket per attendee that they pick up at your booth, and late-night snackables. Cash bar is available after drink tickets are used. Includes directional and tabletop signage, promotion on the ISS/SLC website and in the mobile app, sponsor slides, and table drops of promotional material. Sponsor may provide branded cocktail napkins.
Drink Tickets - $1,500/100 tickets
Make sure attendees stay hydrated at our social functions by giving away drink tickets at your booth. Tickets can be used for either the Welcome Reception on Saturday or the Dance Party on Tuesday. Tickets will feature your logo. Signage won’t be needed – once the word gets out, you’ll have plenty of traffic stopping by your booth.
