Rooms at the conference rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve your room early to secure the special rate. 

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty until 12:00 p.m. (noon) local time, 48 hours prior to arrival. 

Cancellations received after this deadline, no-shows, and early departures will be charged one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes. 

You may also make your reservation by calling The Curtis Hotel at 303-571-0300. When calling, please identify yourself as an attendee of the Information Science Summit & Special Libraries Conference (ISS/SLC27) to receive the conference group rate.
