Daily Rates: If you cannot join us for the entire conference, take advantage of our special daily rates. Early bird and member rates are also available on single-day registrations.
Other Rates: Retiree rates are for ASIS&T retired members only. Student rates are available for both members and non-members.

Full conference registrations include access to all sessions beginning with the opening plenary at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 11, through Tuesday, November 13. It also includes all social events listed in the program, unless otherwise noted. Additional tickets may be purchased for the Awards Banquet, workshops and tutorials.

In addition to the educational sessions and social events scheduled on November 11-13, ASIS&T will offer full- and half-day professional education courses on Saturday, November 10 and Wednesday, November 14. Additional fees will apply.
For every group of 6 full conference registrations, one registrant will receive a complimentary registration (at the same or lower rate). All registrations must be submitted at the same time, and the complimentary registration will be applied to the lowest priced registration. Please contact the registrar for a registration form.
Once you have submitted your paid registration, you will receive a detailed e-mail message confirming that you have registered and paid for the conference and/or any courses or workshops within 24-48 hours. This confirmation will also serve as your receipt of payment.
Cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (email, mail, or fax) by Friday, October 12, 2018, and are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which payment was made and may take up to four weeks after the conference ends. No refunds will be given after Friday, October 12, 2018 for reasons other than death in the immediate family and hospitalization of the registrant or immediate family member, which must be documented.
On-site registration will be available during on-site registration hours noted here. Registration hours are subject to change. All speakers and pre-registrants must check in at the registration area to pick up all conference materials.

A professional photographer will take pictures throughout the conference. The photos will be used to publicize the event and/or produce related literature and products for public release. Individuals photographed will receive no compensation for the use and release of these images and will be deemed to have consented to the use and release of photos in which they appear.
