Live Translation at AM26 with Wordly
ASIS&T is pleased to offer Wordly an AI powered real time translation service during AM26 to help make the meeting more accessible, inclusive, and welcoming for our global community.
Wordly is an AI-powered translation and captioning service that provides real-time translation for meeting sessions. Presenters can speak in their preferred language, and attendees can follow along in the language they choose.
How Wordly Works
Wordly listens to the speaker, transcribes the spoken content, and translates it in real time. Attendees can either read live captions or listen to translated audio using their own mobile device, tablet, or computer.
No human interpreter or special equipment is required.
Easy Access for Attendees
Using Wordly is simple. Attendees can access the service by scanning a QR code or using a session link. From there, each attendee selects their preferred language and chooses whether to read captions or listen with earbuds.
Attendees do not need to download an app, create an account, or share personal information to use Wordly.
What You Need
To use Wordly during AM26, attendees will need:
- A smartphone, tablet, or computer
- A modern web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Earbuds or headphones if they would like to listen to translated audio
Supporting a More Inclusive AM26 Experience
Wordly helps attendees better engage with presentations, follow session content, and participate more fully in the AM26 experience. The service supports real-time translation into dozens of languages and is designed to understand different accents and dialects.
By offering Wordly, ASIS&T is helping create a more accessible and engaging meeting experience for attendees from around the world.
