Scientivity Contest: FAQ

There are only a few days left until our Scientivity Contest‘s deadline! We know that some of you have questions regarding participation and submission, so here is a short FAQ collection for you:

Q: Do I have to be an ASIS&T member to participate?
A: No, everyone can participate!

Q: How long should my video/audio recording be?
A: “Brevity is beautiful.” So 5 minutes should be sufficient.

Q: My project is still in the making/not published yet, can I still participate?
A: Yes, you can!

Q: How can I submit?
A: You simply send your paper/poster/video/etc. to esc.scientivity@gmail.com – we will send you a confirmation shortly afterwards. Please remember to compress any large files before you send them to us!

Q: Which format should my paper/poster/video/etc. have?
A: Since this is a creative contest we do not want to restrict you, so any common format is fine. Please choose a format that is appropriate for your submission.
