ASIS&T's EC recognises the unique and influential work of individuals to the area of Information Science through its Community of Information Science Fellows. They are our Champions of Information Science in the European Chapter, sharing their expertise and leadership to our community. The EC's inaugural 10 Fellows inducted for 2021 are as follows:

The European Student Chapter's International Meet-Up event is happening Friday 19th November 2021 at 3pm-4pm (Dublin/London time). NEASIST

Missed the ASIS&T Annual Meeting or just want to reminisce?  Here's your chance to get the highlights! NEASIS&T is hosting a FREE hour-long Annual Meeting Experience Report online event on Friday, November 19th, from 11am - 12pm EST, with a lineup of Annual Meeting attendees/presenters from NEASIS&T giving short 5-minute presentations about their experience, highlights from sessions that stood out to them, and if they have presented at the Annual Meeting, a lightning version of their presentations. Register via Eventbrite and the Zoom link will be sent to you the night before the event.

 

SOUTH ASIA

The South Asia Chapter in collaboration with The University of Hong Kong and Academy 22 Education for All Foundation is organizing an international competition for primary and secondary student from around the world. We will equip students with knowledge and skills to participate competently in this fun and meaningful competition where a range of interesting workshops will be offered freely for the participants!
