ASIS&T Members Speak About the March For Science
On April 22, 2017 ASIS&T members joined thousands of other scientist and science supporters, in over 600 cities around the globe. We marched because science is critical to every aspect of our lives. We marched to defend the importance of evidence based practices, and the important role we play in policy and society. ASIS&T members were invited by our partners — the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and Wiley Publications to join them in their March festivities and several members enjoyed their hospitality.
