Housing Reservation Site Now Open for #ASIST19
We are very excited about the 2019 ASIS&T Annual Meeting which will be held October 18-23, 2019, in Melbourne, Australia!
Don’t delay! We encourage you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. We have selected two world-class hotels this year, the Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade, so we could offer you a choice of rates and amenities to meet your every need.
We ask you to book only within the official housing block ASIS&T has contracted. We have obtained hotel rooms at discounted rates on your behalf. If our contracted housing obligations are not met, the Association will pay substantial penalty fees to the hotel. This will require us to increase registration rates in the future to cover such penalties. The Association is able to monitor attendance through our room block. This enables us to be better prepared and helps with cost containment.
To secure your room at the hotel of your choice for the dates you require, we remind you that hotel reservations must be made through the ASIS&T Annual Meeting website.
