In Memoriam

Long-time ASIS&T member Victor Rosenberg passed away on Sunday, April 11. He served on the Board of Directors, the Editorial Board of JASIST, the Awards & Honors Committee, the Publications Committee, the International Relations Committee, and various awards juries. He was the recipient of JASIST Best Paper Award in 1974 (The Scientific Premises of Information Science). He was Associate Professor Emeritus in the University of Michigan's School of Information where he retired in 2015 after serving on the faculty for 37 years.
