We have some basic comments. Are these based on some focused domains/applications? Looks like standards included/used by this Part 4 are not really ‘standards’. [See the list in 5.1 Collection of metadata element sets.] They should consider the ones already adopted by communities and societies, especially the ISO standards (including DCMI terms. See https://www.dublincore.org/specifications/dublin-core/).
