ASIS&T Staffing During the 2026 Annual Meeting
The ASIS&T Headquarters team is preparing to travel to Bangkok for the ASIS&T Annual Meeting, and we are excited to welcome attendees from around the world!
During the conference, many staff members will be onsite assisting with registration, attendee services, and event operations. As a result, response times may be slower than usual, and we may not be available during our normal Eastern Time business hours.
Fortunately, ASIS&T Membership Manager Shaun Ford will remain in the office and available during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EDT) to assist members and address urgent needs.
If you require immediate assistance during the Annual Meeting, please contact Shaun at membership@asist.org or call 301-495-0900. Staff depart Monday, November 1, and will return to answering emails regularly around November 16 unless their out-of-office message indicates otherwise.
