Search Launches February: JASIST Editor-in-Chief

ASIS&T will be launching the search for a new Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of the Association for Information Science & Technology (JASIST) in February of 2026. Steve Sawyer, the current Editor-in-Chief, will be retiring from his position in July of 2026.

A search committee, chaired by Isto Huvila of Uppsala University, Sweden will be issuing a call for nominations/applicants in early February. Individuals interested in learning more about the position should reach out to Lydia Middleton.
