She specialises in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-driven productivity solutions, designing and delivering high-impact training programmes for global audiences. Currently associated with Ernst & Young through Microland, she has trained over 50,000 professionals worldwide. As a certified training consultant and Co-Founder of AZ Cloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Pranjali continues to drive digital adoption through tailored learning, empowering individuals and organisations to leverage Microsoft technologies for enhanced collaboration, innovation, and business efficiency. She holds multiple global certifications, including MCT, MCPD, MIEE, MOS, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, and actively contributes to Microsoft initiatives such as the Showcase School Program, MIE Program, and Edu Days events.
