CO-ASIS&T Annual Meeting and Luncheon Speaker: Don Barlow, Library Channel Developer and Director of the Westerville Public Library Mr. Barlow discussed the issues associated with the development and implemenation of The Library Channel, a front end to online library and Internet resources.
